Step through our doors and you step into a small piece of Ukraine. At Restaurant Albina, the table is a place for feasting, for toasting, for sharing stories and laughter — where food is generous and every guest is welcomed like family.
Our cooking is inspired by the traditions of home, where recipes are passed down through generations and meals are prepared with care and love. These are the flavours of Ukrainian kitchens — hearty, comforting, and meant to be shared.
Since opening in 2007 as one of the first Ukrainian restaurants in London, we have been bringing that spirit of hospitality to our guests.
And while many restaurants chase Michelin stars, our inspiration comes from a different place entirely — the kitchens of our mothers and grandmothers, where the table is always full and everyone is welcome.

Our heart is with Ukrainians every second of every day, as Ukraine continues to fight for its independence and territorial integrity. Our thoughts are with all heroes of Ukraine: bravery on full display as our united resistance has been mounting ever since the invasion began.
Ukrainians, our soldiers and brave civilians are all showing defiance and resilience as their indomitable fighting spirit is unrivalled.
Restaurant Albina continues to work hard as we support Ukraine.
For this reason, we have chosen not to host live music or dancing at this time. Instead, we welcome our guests to gather for food, drinks, singing, and shared moments — with respect and remembrance — until peace returns to Ukraine.
